Regular maintenance keeps a space tidy, but there are places it never reaches: the scale under the tap, the grease above the extractor, the dust behind the radiator. After a year or two you can see the difference — and after a deep clean, you can see it again.

When people call us for this

At a move, at the start or end of a lease, after building work, or simply because it has been too long. Businesses also have a deep clean done alongside routine maintenance, for instance once a year during a quiet week.

What it is not

Not post-construction cleaning and not façade cleaning. This is about interiors already in use that need a thorough going-over. For a newly built or renovated property, post-construction cleaning is the right service.

What it costs

That depends entirely on the condition and the surface area, and it cannot be judged over the phone. We come and look, then give a price that holds.
