Post-construction cleaning

Construction dust gets everywhere: on top of door frames, in the runners of sliding windows, behind the radiator. A handover rarely fails on the big work but on those details, with a buyer running a finger along a ledge.

We clean until the property really is ready to move into. Including the places nobody thinks about until they are seen.

For your handover date

Sites slip; we know that too. Give us the date and we plan around it — at the weekend or in the evening if needed. On larger projects we work in phases, so finished areas are done while work continues elsewhere.

Two rounds when that is what it takes

After a major renovation, dust often keeps settling out of ceilings and ducts following the first clean. We then schedule a second, shorter round just before handover. That is agreed in advance, so it does not become extra work you are surprised by later.
