Each building what it needs

A ready-to-move-in block of ten apartments asks something different from a mixed building with retail on the ground floor. During the site visit we look at each building separately and set the frequency accordingly, rather than laying one schedule over everything.

Follow-up you can pass on

You get a fixed point of contact and short lines. If a resident reports something, you do not have to work it out: you pass it on and we resolve it. For regular contracts we review together whether the schedule still fits how the building is used.
