Cleanify BV takes your privacy seriously. This statement explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we do so and what rights you have.

What we collect

We only collect data you enter yourself in our quote form: your name, your email address or phone number, the type of service you are interested in, and the message you send us.

We collect no data about your browsing behaviour. This website uses no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.

Why we process it

To answer your request, arrange a site visit and send you a quote. The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in being able to respond to an enquiry.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it on.

Who we share it with

The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting partner, which forwards the submission to our mailbox. Netlify acts as a processor and handles the data only on our instructions. Beyond that we share your data with no one, unless a legal obligation requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a maximum of twelve months. If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, the retention periods attached to our administrative and tax obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to processing. Send a message to info@cleanify.be; we reply within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.

Security

This website is served exclusively over a secure connection. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Changes

If our way of working changes, we will update this statement. This version dates from 2 August 2026.
